Assistant Project Manager – Federal Projects, NYC – Fall 2024
Support the documentation and management of a portfolio of projects with multiple Project Managers.
Requirements:
• Ability to take direction from multiple project managers.
• Strong skills navigating construction project management software systems, experience with Kahua preferred.
• Obtaining a clearance that requires 3-years US residency.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Experience with BIM.
On-Site Construction Project Manager
Rouses Point, NY – Spring 2025
Requirements:
• 4 year degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10 years’ experience in construction management.
• Shall have served as Project Manager or Owner’s representative on at least one project with a minimum construction value of $20 million in the Tristate (NY, NJ, CT) area.
