ShapiroCM is pleased to announce that we are one of seven firms to be awarded two five-year GSA (General Service Administration) Blanket Purchase Contracts. Under these new contracts, we can bid on work in two GSA Zones open only to the selected firms.
Zone 1 covers New England (Region 1), the Mid-Atlantic (Region 3), the Northeast and Caribbean (Region 2) and the Great Lakes (Region 5). Zone 4 covers the Washington D.C. central office and the National Capital Region (Region 11).
ShapiroCM has proudly provided construction management services to GSA since 2009. We hold BPA contracts in Region 2 and the National Capital Region. We also hold a 20-year Nationwide term contract that runs through 2029.
Under those contracts we have managed construction on many federal courthouses and federal office buildings including a $40 MM major modernization of the John W. Peck Federal Building in Ohio, pictured above.
